Strength for HER

Strength for HER is a women‑focused strength class created by Coach Victoria, designed to build core strength, glute power, and joint stability through the knees, ankles, and shoulders. This monthly in‑person class blends intentional strength training with grounding, restorative “work‑in” practices to help you feel stronger, more stable, and more connected to your body.


Held once a month on Sunday afternoons in Oakville. Strength for HER is ideal for women looking to improve functional strength, prevent injury, and move with confidence in everyday life.
