Meet Victoria

Hi, I’m Victoria.

I’m a strength coach and holistic health coach who believes that taking care of your body should help you feel stronger, more capable and more confident in your everyday life.

My approach goes beyond workouts. I believe true health is about understanding the whole person — how you move, how you eat, how you recover, how you manage stress and how you feel in your body.

I created WellFit to give women a place to build strength, learn about their health and feel supported along the way. Whether you’re just getting started, looking to feel stronger, or ready to take your health and fitness to the next level, I’m here to help you build a foundation that lasts.

My Story

My journey to a healthier relationship with my body

Movement and athletics have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I naturally gravitated toward sports, physical activity and pushing myself to see what my body could do. Over time, that passion led me into the fitness and health industry, where I continued learning about exercise, nutrition and the human body.

Like many women, I came to realize that knowing how to exercise and change your physique doesn't necessarily mean you understand what your body needs to be healthy.

When I started listening to my body

As I explored physique-focused training, I experienced firsthand what can happen when aesthetics take priority over health. High-volume exercise, restrictive diets and the pressure to achieve a certain look began to take a toll. I experienced brain fog, low energy, weakness and changes in my menstrual cycle.

It became clear that something needed to change. I had to reconsider what health, fitness and progress really meant to me.

“My body was communicating with me, and learning to listen changed everything.”

I began shifting my focus away from simply changing how my body looked and toward understanding how it functioned, what it needed and how I could support it. I chose to prioritize my health over pursuing a particular physique.

That experience reshaped my perspective on fitness and deepened my appreciation for the connection between physical health, nutrition, stress, recovery and overall well-being.

Why I coach women

Through my own experience and work in the fitness industry, I've seen how easily women can become caught up in weight-loss goals, unrealistic expectations and conflicting health advice. Too often, exercise becomes a way to compensate for what we've eaten, and success becomes defined by taking up less space rather than becoming stronger and healthier.

I believe women deserve a different approach.

Today, my work is about helping women build strength, understand their bodies and develop healthy, sustainable habits grounded in science. I want women to feel confident in their ability to care for themselves, make informed decisions and recognize that their health is about so much more than appearance.

Through WellFit, I help women move away from quick fixes and toward a more balanced, individualized approach to health and fitness — one that supports strength, confidence and well-being for the long term.

My Coaching Philosophy

Strengthen your body. Support your health. Build confidence that lasts.

I believe true health goes beyond how you look or how much you can lift. It's about building strength, understanding your body, and developing healthy habits that support your physical and mental well-being.

My approach combines strength training, holistic health coaching and science-informed education to help women understand the connection between movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, recovery and overall health.

Because every woman is different, your coaching should be too. Together, we'll build a personalized approach grounded in sustainable habits, helping you work with your body, not against it.

The goal is to help you feel stronger, move with confidence, and develop the knowledge and tools to support your health for life — not just for a season.

The WellFit Approach

A holistic approach to building strength, health and confidence.

Your health is influenced by more than your workouts or what you eat. The way you move, nourish your body, manage stress, recover and connect with yourself all play a role in how you feel and function.

At WellFit, I take a holistic, individualized approach to coaching that considers these interconnected aspects of health. Through strength training, science-informed education and practical, sustainable habits, I help women understand their bodies and make choices that support their long-term well-being.

Rather than trying to change everything at once, we'll focus on building a strong foundation, creating habits that fit your life and making progress you can sustain.

Because lasting change isn't about perfection. It's about learning what works for you and building on it, one step at a time.

The Five Pillars of Health

Your health is connected. Your approach should be too.

True health is about more than one workout, one meal or one habit. The way you move, nourish your body, recover, understand yourself and care for your well-being all contribute to how you feel and function.

At WellFit, I use a holistic approach built around five interconnected pillars of health. Together, they provide a foundation for understanding your body, identifying opportunities for growth and developing healthy, sustainable habits that support your individual needs and goals.

1. MOVE

Build strength. Improve capability. Move with confidence.

Movement is about more than burning calories or changing your physique. Through strength training and purposeful movement, you can build strength, improve physical capability and develop confidence in what your body can do.

2. NOURISH

Fuel your body. Support your health.

Nutrition plays an important role in how you feel, function and perform. Learn to nourish your body with balanced, whole-food choices that support your needs, energy and goals without relying on restrictive approaches or quick fixes.

3. RECOVER

Restore your energy. Support your body's needs.

Progress isn't just made during a workout. Sleep, stress management and recovery all influence your ability to adapt, perform and feel your best. Learn to recognize what your body needs and build habits that support rest and recovery.

4. CONNECT

Understand your body. Build awareness.

Develop a stronger connection with your body by paying attention to its signals, understanding your habits and recognizing how your daily choices influence how you feel. Build a more informed, supportive relationship with yourself and your health.

5. THRIVE

Create sustainable habits. Build lasting well-being.

Health isn't about being perfect or doing everything at once. It's about developing practical, consistent habits that fit your life and evolve with your needs. Build the knowledge, confidence and skills to take an active role in your health for the long term.

Your health. Your goals. Your approach.

These five pillars work together to create a more complete picture of your health. Through individualized coaching, science-informed education and practical guidance, we'll identify where to focus and develop sustainable habits that help you build strength, support your health and feel more confident in your body.
