Small‑Group Strength Training for Women 30+
A training experience built for women — everything you need, nothing you don’t.
Strength for HER 2.0 is a small‑group, high‑touch strength training program designed to help women build real strength with proper form, functional movement, and intentional coaching. Each class is capped at 6–8 women to ensure you get individualized attention and a supportive, empowering environment.
What to Expect
A 1‑hour, coach‑led strength training class focused on:
Functional movement patterns
Proper form and technique
Progressive strength building
You’ll be training in a private gym space reserved exclusively for our group of 6–8 women, creating a focused, comfortable environment where you can learn, lift, and progress without the distractions of a busy commercial gym.
The final 15 minutes of every session are dedicated to core training and conditioning, finishing with plyometrics to build power, confidence, and resilience.
Spaces are extremely limited — once the 8 spots are filled, registration closes.

Who: Women ages 30+
What: Strength for HER 2.0 — 4‑week program
Format: 8 classes total (2x/week)
Investment: $280 + tax (only $35 per class)
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12:00 PM
