Restore HER — Outdoor Strength Classes This August
Breath‑led movement. Mindful strength. A moment to reconnect.
Restore HER is a, women‑centered strength class designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and move with intention. These sessions blend restorative strength work, core activation, posture training, and mindful movement — all guided by Coach Victoria on the waterfront.
If you’ve been craving a reset, a grounding practice, or a way to reconnect to your body through strength, Restore HER is for you.
What to Expect
Restore HER is built around three pillars:
Restoration: Breath-led movement to calm your nervous system and reconnect you to your body in the beauty of nature.
Strength: Slow, controlled, purposeful strength work that supports your core, posture, and daily movement.
Mindfulness: A grounding, intentional flow that leaves you feeling centered, strong, and restored — not depleted.
This class is suitable for all levels. You’ll be guided through every movement with clarity, care, and intention.
