Restore HER — Outdoor Strength Classes This August
Breath‑led movement. Mindful strength. A moment to reconnect.
Restore HER is a free, women‑centered strength class designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and move with intention. These sessions blend restorative strength work, core activation, posture training, and mindful movement — all guided by Coach Victoria on the waterfront.
If you’ve been craving a reset, a grounding practice, or a way to reconnect to your body through strength, Restore HER is for you.
What to Expect
Restore HER is built around three pillars:
Restoration: Breath-led movement to calm your nervous system and reconnect you to your body.
Strength: Slow, controlled, purposeful strength work that supports your core, posture, and daily movement.
Mindfulness: A grounding, intentional flow that leaves you feeling centered, strong, and restored — not depleted.
This class is suitable for all levels. You’ll be guided through every movement with clarity, care, and intention.
